Questions

Is this a medical hydration app?

No. SipBuddy is a reminder and a journal you fill in yourself. It does not measure your body, diagnose anything, or tell you how much water you need.

Does a reminder tap count as a drink?

No. You choose an amount and confirm it. Snooze never writes a sip.

Where is my journal stored?

On your Mac. We do not sync drinks to the website.

I already bought SipBuddy inside Book My Luck.

That add-on stays inside Book My Luck. This site is the dedicated SipBuddy app. You do not need to buy again for the add-on you already own.
